Team Lead, Compliance Application Support

We are partnered with a leading bank in the UAE and they're currently looking for a Team Lead, Compliance application support that will be critical within the Service Management function.
Lead and manage a team to provide support primarily for FircoSoft AML, Transaction Monitoring and regulatory applications.
Responsible for managing support and BAU operations for compliance applications suit.
Expected to manage a small team of L1 and L2 support analyst and deliver the services.
Coordinate with the Database Administrator and the Data Centre Operations, as and when required, to understand the data optimization and data modelling related issues.
Work closely with the IT Applications Systems Unit Leaders, to be aware of the projects that will be developed and implemented which will subsequently reach the maintenance and support phase.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering or any other related field
Minimum 8 years relevant experience with a preference in banking
Experience in supporting applications within the portfolio and mentioned technology stack
Solid technical knowledge and ability to resolve technical issue especially on the assigned application portfolio.
