We are representing a leading Financial Services organization based in Dubai are looking to add a high performing candidate to their IT Service Management function. My client has won multiple awards within transformation, payments, as well as being a leading mortgage provider in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate should have vast experience within Financial Services, leading, managing and supporting a team on Core Applications (Core Banking, Payments, Trade). The candidate will have end to end responsibility and will drive the Production, Incident and Problem Management of the Core Applications.
Solid Technical knowledge and ability to resolve technical issues on the mention application portfolio.
Deep understanding in, Core Banking Systems, Payment Systems and Trade Platforms.
Has worked in a production support environment within a high performing organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in science / IT / Engineering.
12+ years within Banking / Financial services industry.
Experience with implementation and supporting a large number of applications.
ISTM Certification highly preferred.
