Information Technology Manager

Job Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the daily operations of the IT Department, which includes managing User Support, IT Procurement, IT Assets, Network infrastructure, and Security.
• Formulating and executing IT policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
• Assuming responsibility for Service Delivery through the service desk, ensuring adherence to the company's defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Creating and monitoring the annual IT Plan and KPIs to align with the organization's strategy and vision.
• Managing IT Procurement, Incident Management, and the maintenance of IT Assets and contracts within ManageEngine – Service Desk+.
• Administering Microsoft Office 365, including user management, security, mail flow, retention policies, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Azure AD, and Exchange Server.
• Supporting corporate software like Zoho One, Perception Point, Crowdstrike, Cisco Umbrella, and Barracuda Backups.
• Administrating and monitoring SharePoint 365, OneDrive, Azure, and Power Family modules.
• Spearheading technological improvements and enhancements to support the paperless automation vision.
• Designing and implementing new network solutions or enhancing the efficiency of existing networks.
• Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment, such as routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP.
• Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to optimize network efficiency and security.
• Enhancing network performance through continuous monitoring and troubleshooting.




Requirements:
• A university graduate in Computer Science or IT, or an equivalent field.
• Additional computer certifications are advantageous.
• Relevant work experience with team management.
• Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Operating Systems, Computer Networks, hardware, Systems Software, applications software, and configurations.
