Executive Assistant (French Speaking)

We are representing a financial services company based in Dubai seeking a French speaking Executive Assistant to join their team. You will be supporting the CEO/MD with market research, strategic planning and providing executive support to the c-suite team and board of directors.


Responsibilities:
Assist the MD/CEO with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing an active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
Do market research and analytical reports required for the CEO's office.
Work on various tasks for start-up projects and ensure timely completion.
Monitor and fine tune projects on behalf of the CEO at times and be the bridge of communication for the team working in various countries.
Communicates with the staff on the CEO's and coordinates logistics for external and internal high level meetings.
Communicate with Board members, donors, foundation staff and others as directed.
Conducts research on prospective corporate and other new business projects to identify and evaluate current needs and assemble materials for proposals.
Draft reports, letters, proposals, and all needed communication with business associates, team/partners & prospects.
Prepare and present various analysis and presentations on upcoming or existing projects and scenarios.


Requirements:
Extensive experience working as an Executive Assistant within a relevant industry.
Experience supporting senior leadership teams including C-suite level and board members.
Knowledge and experience conducting market research on behalf of MD/CEO.
Able to present proposals as needed.
Fluent French speaker.
